A Dream...

Haze and fog dances around us, the sun tries to make its appearence breaking the thin clouds..but hiding from the darkest ones. there is a song playing in the background paving emotions all over us. here we stand silent but full of words and desperation. the trees are swaying to the music and the thunder pounds a sweet beat. the lightning outlines natures smile and hypnotizes us with the longest stare. the sky is filled with pinks and dark purples crashing into one another. dusk and the silver moon go so well together tonight. breezes we can taste wisp by our faces whispering something only we can understand. i feel the heat rise from the ground and pinch me so i know i`m not dreaming, my eyes wonder to where she is, and she speaks something special with her glance. its raining now. i close my eyes. she catches me smile, this time i don`t hide. the drops slide down the rainbows surrounding her and i as we catch them with our skin. beautiful is the word that can only discribe this moment, this secret, this feeling only we share. i notice a flower by my feet, lonely yet proud. then i look at her. strange how much they resemble one another. then everything is quiet...she sings a simple note controling me and numbing my body with pleasure. my heart beats fast like a drum. she`s silent now, so silent it scares me. a blast of wind shoves me closer to this face i love to stare at. i can see her lips gleam in the light. her eyes so dark and deep. i feel like i can see inside her like nobody else can, see her pain and see her wonderful outlook on life. its like the glow around her is spinning around me and entering my body. its growing darker now, lightning holds our electric bodies revealing our outlines. stars are showing off their brightness near the passing storm. the clouds pass over us so quickly, this one star shines through the thick clouds lighting the sky. trembling from the chill of the raindrops i rub my eyes and cross my arms. it seems as though time has stopped just for us. i glance her way, she moves her arm across my back to warm me. she unfolds right before my eyes.. and crawls under my skin. she faces me looking into my eyes. i cry for her and i don`t know why, i think her heart has been crushed one two many times. i take her hand in mine and speak the first words of the night. " i`v waited for the night to fall just so i can see it all, i`ll take you away forever...now don`t panic, i know that you are clever. when you feel the time has come, i`ll make your body numb. so close your eyes and take a breath or two, i won`t hurt you. i just know i need you, so grasp my hand forever i`ll take you above the sky, we can come down together, i tell you no lies. " she just looked at me with a frown and then looked down. i swear i felt her heart jump and then sink. i new she was too hurt to try my soul. so i turned to go..i cought one more look to ease the pain for a moment and walked towards the path the moon had lit. my legs were weak from the hit my heart just took and my body britle. then she spoke. no, she broke the night in half with just one word she spoke. " wait." she was still looking down. i jumped and wanted to fall. i turned around to see what had made her say that. she slowly looked up at me with tears filling her eyes. i wanted to hold her seeing her cry. she speaks again. " here and now i feel the love erase my hurt and pain. i sing for you sweet angel, rapture rushing through my veins. i tried to fight the feeling that only you could give, but all that i have realized... baby, for only you i live." and there it is. the moment almost everyone waits for their entire lives. i have just felt passion, lust, hurt, and love. i guess all of those feelings come as a package. let me tell you its worth it. i just looked at her as she cried tears and waited for my next move. i touched her face and wiped away her tears. she touched my face studying me in every way possable, and she closed in nearing my lips. in that moment i new everything i ever felt had been nothing real,until now and all i new was all i need, her. she kissed me. and i kissed her. the night clashed with the light i saw. everything is alright now. we have eachother, we have the night, and we have love.

"Sometimes a simple dream is all it takes to make someone happy. this was a short story i wrote...actually it is a dream I would like to dream someday. who knows maybe it will come true. anything is possable right?"
